A springboard onto the labour market

We are constantly working to nurture young talent and get them out onto the labour market.

Each semester, we train and coach a big group of young men ad women, with the result that many of them land their first jobs through us. We give them an opportunity to learn about the motor industry, to strike up useful relationships, and to acquire references for future jobs. We see this as a way of investing in the future.
